Hello my name is Jamie and I am an experienced DONA-trained birth doula. I am passionate about women, health and supporting mothers through their pregnancy and birth.
As your doula I am here to support you before, during and after the birth of your baby. The birth of your baby is a day you will remember for the rest of your life. My goal is to work with your birth team to promote a calm and safe environment where you feel supported and confident in your own unique birth experience.
Studies have shown that when doulas attend birth, labors are shorter with fewer complications, babies are healthier and they breastfeed more easily.

I am accepting clients due before January 20th and after March 20th.
Your Birth Doula Package Includes:
- 2 prenatal visits (approx 2 hrs in length)
- Unlimited phone, email, skype communication
- 24 hour on-call care
- Help in preparing and honoring your birth plan
- Library of books and videos for your use
- Full attendance of your labour and delivery
- 1 postpartum visit (approx 2 hrs in length)
