I am a birth doula supporting women in the downtown Toronto area.
As your doula I am here to support you before, during and after the birth of your baby. The birth of your baby is a day you will remember for the rest of your life. My goal is to work with your birth team to promote a calm and safe environment where you can focus on each other feeling supported and confident.
Your Birth Doula Package Includes:
- Initial consultation over tea. No obligation - just deciding if we're good fit for each other
- 2 pre-baby visits
- Unlimited phone, email, skype communication
- 24 hour on-call care
- Help in preparing and honoring your birth plan
- Library of books and videos for your use
- Full attendance of your labour and delivery
- 1 post-baby visit
- Free unlimited pass to my Saturday morning prenatal yoga classes to enjoy during your pregnancy
